The President of Mongolia issued Decree No. 230, dated December 20, 2022, titled “Reconstruction of Kharkhorum City.”
Resolution No. 07 was issued by the State Great Khural of Mongolia on January 12, 2023, to establish “New Kharkhorum City” in the Orkhon Valley.
The Mongolian Government has issued Resolution No. 40 to establish "The Administration of The New Kharkhorum City."
Approval of rules, structure, and staffing limits for "The Urban Planning Administration of New Kharkhorum City" was granted under Order No. 36 by the Minister of Construction and Urban Development.
