Шинэ Хархорум хотын бүтээн байгуулалтын асуудал хариуцсан захиргаа нь Орхоны хөндийд “Шинэ Хархорум” хот байгуулахад шаардлагатай төлөвлөлт, бүтээн байгуулалтын ажлыг үе шаттайгаар зохион байгуулах, эрхзүй, дэд бүтэц, хөрөнгө оруулалтын таатай орчинг бүрдүүлэх үйл ажиллагааг нэгдсэн зохион байгуулалт, менежментээр хангаж ажиллах чиг үүргүүдийг хэрэгжүүлнэ.
In accordance with the statement №2022/22 of the Secretary of State of the Ministry of Construction and Urban Development on April 8, 2022, “Study and select the location of the settlement area of a new city in the Orkhon Valley, and develop the necessary technical and economic basis for the construction.”, a comprehensive assessment of urban development was carried out in Kharkhorin, Bat-Ulzii and Khujirt soums of Uvurkhangai province, Khotont, Hashaat and Ugiinuur soums of Arkhangai Province, and then on June 5, 2023, a joint conclusion of the probability was issued.
